We have officially stepped onto the path of 2025. This month’s theme is Reset and offers us daily prompts to pause, recharge and shed - so that we may free ourselves of any weight we do not wish to carry into the new year. It is a reminder that no matter what scrapes or follies we have got into, by choice or by association, there is always a new dawn and a fresh opportunity to start again. Starting again may actually be more like becoming again. That is, shedding the layers that you never consented to adorn yourself with, and stripping back to what is most essential and you.
